Learn from local dim sum masters at the internationally recognised Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI) the secrets to one of the world’s favourite culinary attractions. Participants will gain hands-on practice of dim sum-making with coaching on special techniques and flavouring.

Free shuttle bus service from HKDI will be available and depart campus at 2pm.
Participants will receive an award of certificate upon completion of the workshop.
